Ronny, 21 years old

i have a girlfriend who is also 21 years old. for about 3-4 months, she has been spending more time with her friends, all the way up to the point when she said that she would be happier without me. we’ve been dating for 3,5 years and before that we were fine. in fact our friends always have always been jealoous of our romance.

its true, that these days i have so much work to do, but its not like i don’t pay attention, its just that usually i take and come get her in the place she studies. then i would bring her home and and stayed for 2-3 hours before i go home. but now that im busy, i only brought her to the door and went home straight away to get the work done. however i’d never though that she’d change this much…

the facts:

1. they are both 21 years old
2. they have been dating for 3,5 years
3. she is still a student
4. he already has a job

the problem:

he was too busy to do the things he usually do with her. so she spends more time with her friends and that is effecting their relationship until she says that she would be happier without him.

the opinion:

she should be a little more understanding. even though he is busy. he still makes time to bring her home. she should maybe come over to his place and accompany him while he does his work, so that they still get to be together.
