stressed or not stressed??

these days…i think i’m having trouble wiht trying to relax. ever since the outcome of my UTS scores, it is sort of difficult for me to find the spirit to be excited for classes. it seems that these scores are very disappointing to me because, even though some of these scores I’ve accepted, the other ones i still cant accept. i thought that i did well enough to get a fair score. i am also worried about my IP.

to handle these stresses, usually, i like to write in my blog, or sketch something in my sketch book. sometimes i like to just sing my troubles away:) there are times when i just want to stay in my room turn off the lights and just stay absolutely quiet…i think this helps a lot. oh but my favorite thing to do when i am stressed is put on my favorite Disney cartoons and just try to imagine that i am a little girl again. with no worries, no stress, no expectations.

to take care of my physical self, i try to sleep on time. i try to be in bed at least at 9 o clock and hoped to be asleep by 10.i try to eat twice a day, breakfast and lunch and try to hold desires to eat after 7 pm. as far as exercises are concerened, i use to play futsal and volleyball when i was in highschool. so during the week i had a lot of physical activities. however now that college has started, the activites that i do is only walking from places. i know that its not eough, but for now, that will have to do.

for my emotions. i have to say, because it is a little unusual to express the very very feelings in my house, it makes me a little frustrated. so whenever i am at the very top of my emotion, thats when i feel most inspired to write. this helps a lot.

i like to open my facebook, twitter and other social networking account to keep up to date. i like to browse around randomly through google and stumble upon and find the most interesting things:)

to socialize, i have the facility bbm from my Blackberry which helps me keep in touch with my friends all near and far. i also call and meet them face to face.

the secret to controlling my stress: remember your childhood. remember how it was when you had no homeweork, no deadlines, no income. and you have nothing to worry about because you are safe in the hands of your mother and father. from time to time, go back to these days. do what you did then. let go of the thing that keeps you up at night. go..watch a cartoon, eat lots of candy, drink milk out if a bottle:) just go back in time:)
